@EdelOptics You say yes, but the button isn’t there on .co.za, so how do you access that? And is it produced in SA or in the US? What’re the shipping implications?

@EdelOptics hi, you guys offer prescription lenses according to the website, but how much and how? The ordering process doesn't say anything about prescription lenses?

@EdelOptics But how do I get the discount? That’s the problem. We agreed to swop them for the same price. When I order a new pair I must pay the full price. And that’s not fair regarding what we’ve agreed on.

.@EdelOptics When will I receive my glasses? It’s my right as a consumer to receive new ones. Even more so because of the promise your employee made. By not replying the claim isn’t going away. So please provide me the new glasses or send me the old ones with a discount. Thanks.

@EdelOptics Hi, it’s E-NL19-1882633. I agreed with your colleague that the slightly damaged glasses where replaced with new ones. I’ve returned them but now you say I won’t receive new ones. I must order them again. But I had a discount first.
