@anxietymsgs They have a quiet confidence, they listen not only with their ears but every part of their body. They exude emotional intelligence, watching and responding to the room. They say a lot, in a select few words.

@livewithnoregrt On a daily basis we are taking on more data through digital means than any other generation before us. The pace is faster, days go by more quickly, there is less time to be bored, or patient, or grounded with nature. We go outside less. Everything revolves around productivity.

why is this generation so unhappy?

@Thebiglade Of course, we are demonstrating we are all human and it is ok to make mistakes. How we respond to those mistakes helps shape our core values and character, and this needs to be modelled to our children.

I'm 47 and have just been cast in a lead role for an (amateur) musical for the first time since university. In the between times I had a job which involved shifts and two children. Now is the time for me. This is for anyone who thinks it might be too late...

@oelma__ Don’t leave the house. Just kidding - I’ve got 3 young children an our immune systems are rock solid after 9 years of consistent exposure from the common cold, to chicken pox, to hand foot and mouth disease 😩😂

@Autistic_Lauren I recently travelled on the London Underground and it was sensory hell-on-earth. Not to mention the utter anxiety of it all, and the general business of London itself. Yikes.

Asking autistics, what's your thoughts on trains?

@livewithnoregrt Because they’re less likely to bend or mask their authentic self to please others. In my experience, those with huge circles of friends are often social chameleons. Amazing social skills, but I’ve no idea how many layers you’d need to peel back to find the core.
