@sxnguinector I have never felt so represented as in this sentence. I remember everyone at the time going crazy because they said we were falling for his manipulation. The problem was that his manipulation WAS THE TRUTH. And the way he was talking, ohโฆ His words and view were so interesting.

This clip is basically us btw. Literally. All of Dottore fans when they are trying to have an intellectuall conversation but they are attacked by emotional haters, that are unable to think outside of their emotions and are unable to have any philosophical discussion.

The only problem with this is the hypocrisy in genshin's own narration. She wants to eat cake and have cake. She wants to have all the power but no responsibility as a god. And it's framed as something good. She criticizes Dottore, but doesn't actually care about her own people.

This is such uneducated take I'm baffled. Every story has a narrative. Everything is told in a certain way, a certain tone. Genshin's narrative frames doing of one character as good, whereas cririzes the same doing of different character. I highly recommend reading Hayden White.
