Fire up your engines! Our Annual Antique Car Show is on Saturday, February 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Each year, classic car owners exhibit cars on the Ford estate lawn! Along with the show, there will be music, food trucks, and visitors can tour the historic estate. #Carshow

Merry Christmas to all of our community friends, visitors, and members! Thomas & Mina Edison only spent one Christmas at Seminole Lodge in 1929. Mr. Edison was immersed in work in the 1928 Edison Botanic Research laboratory, while Mina Edison worked on community holiday projects.

Edison and Ford Winter Estates will close at 2 p.m. today, Christmas Eve, with last tickets sold at noon. Holiday Nights will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as well. The museum store and Ford Holiday Cottage are open until 2:00 p.m. with great gifts

The Ford Holiday Cottage is still stocked with unique festive gifts for your loved ones! It is not too late to grab one of the beautiful wreaths for sale, courtesy of the Women's Community Club! We have Santa and holiday-themed decor, kitchen items, and unique ornaments!

Our Annual Garden Class "Holiday Horticulture" is on December 11, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.! In this make-&-take class, participants will make a live cone and tillandsia ornament to be enjoyed for the holidays. Register at Edisonford.org today! Members:$45 and Non-Members:$60

It is beginning to look a lot like Holiday Nights! The 50th annual Holiday Nights celebration Friday, November 28, to January 4! The 50th year theme is the "Golden Jubilee!" Our staff and volunteers have been working hard to make sure the entire site is merry and bright! #lights

Get ready for one of the largest gardening events in the area with our Autumn Garden Festival on November 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.! The event is FREE to attend, with various garden vendors selling a wide range of plants and trees! Food trucks and live music will be there!

Attention Members! If you have not already gotten your tickets for the Member Holiday Party, you only have until November 13 to secure your spot! The Member Holiday Party is Friday December 5, 6-8 p.m.! Celebrate the season with us and enjoy the lights, relaxing music, and food!

The 46th Annual Fort Myers Turkey Trot 5k and Tot Trot is November 27, at 7:30 a.m.! The 5K will start at McGregor Blvd. & end at the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Pre-register online with the Fort Myers Track Club. Registration will not be available on race day. #turkeytrot

Our Annual Quilt Show is on October 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.! See the homes decorated with quilts with intricate designs at the “Airing of the Quilts” quilt show. Verbal appraisals will be offered for $25 and written appraisals will be $35. The quilt show is included with admission.

School is out October 13, which means we have a School Break & Day Camp! "The Spooky Science of Chemistry" is October 13, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.! Campers become mad scientists as they learn how to make lava lamps, glowing slime, and more! Cost: $50, Members: $45 #spookyszn #daycamp
