how do i find a good eleven labs voiceover for my youtube shorts? you don’t ‘find’ them you “MAKE THEM” for all my voice overs, i design and create them entirely myself... I have an ai system that gets consistent results, and gives me the exact prompt i want to make a perfect voice in eleven labs if you want a guide on how to design and create voices by yourself with ai, retweet and comment “voices” (must be following so I can dm)

❗️HIRING VIDEO A EDITOR ❗️📷 Looking for an editor proficient in Premiere Pro for shorts. It's mainly taking clips from the internet, cutting them and putting them together for a good story. Gonna need a good storyteller and one that knows what to put together. It's a very long-term project, gonna need someone reliable and willing to do the work every single day. Doesn't matter if you do the work in 1h or 5h, I just want it done. Pay is gonna be decent, around 30$/min and it increases over time.

Lately I've been questioning all the aspects of my life. Been waking up tired. Not wanting to do anything. And then the other day I say : "what am I doing rn". Just hanging around all day playing video games. All the plans that I scheduled were skipped. So what's the solution? Maybe I should just wake up tomorrow and make everything back to normal. Even if I'm not feeling like doing so. Sometimes you gotta force things you don't feel like doing, Cause they are what will benefit you. That's the only solution I'm seeing rn.

I've never outreached. Yet I've got clients all the time. And earned almost 5 figures since I started 6 months ago. They were all high paying clients. What's the secret? Honestly there is no secret. I just built my personal brand as an authority. Knew what I was worth and asked for it every time. A client that knows your worth will be willing to pay anything you ask for. I'm no extreme editor. My edits are very basic. Yet I get paid more than a lot of very good editors. Know your worth. Stand by it. Win.

Yesterday started as my most unproductive day. I woke up very late. And kept scrolling shorts for 2 hours in bed. But I still did work I haven't done in my best days. How does that work? I just refused that day to be unproductive. Even after a bad start, I still fought to make it better. I did all the work I had to do. And suddenly I felt motivated for more. Bad morning doesn't lead to a whole bad day. You can definitely make it better.

@EdivisX When you show up as an authority, and focus on that one specific problem you can help that specific problem solve, I don’t see a reason in spending hours a day sending 1000s of outreach to people who may not even want what you offer.
