@CovelloMassimo The reason is that it is managed so poorly. The union gives them the ideas that would work and they refuse to listen to people actually doing the job. Then they give themselves bonuses for doing a bad job...

@EdmLabour Thank God I left Cupw back in/18, it’s a toxic environment inside and the reason CP has fallen behind other delivery services is because the union always fights CP with moving forward in delivering, especially parcels. should of been doing weekends a decade ago
