Year 2 have worked together to create a Rainbow Flag. After learning about the colours andorigin of the flag, children showed an understanding of what the flag is a symbol of and agreed that everybody should be included in activities and be treated equally. 🏳️‍🌈 #rainbowflagaward

8 years ago I presented this wonderful HT with a certificate for overcoming her fear of mess. @OPAL_CIC had not long arrived in @DurhamCouncil . Fast forward @EdmondsleyPrim1 are now a double platinum Award winning OPAL school . Play is taken seriously, valued and celebrated 👏
