When I was about getting married to my husband, my mom was against it. The reason was because my husband was not as rich as my younger sister’s husband. My younger sister’s husband owns a duplex and he's doing very well for himself, but me and my husband were just managing. We were not rich, but at least we were living in a one-bedroom flat here in Lagos. A few years after my marriage, I got pregnant, and around that same period, my younger sister was also pregnant. Hers was due two months after mine, so I thought my mom could come for both of us if she really wanted to. But when I told my mom, she said she wouldn’t be coming to do omugwo in a “face me I slap you” house. That was how she refused to come for my omugwo. Two months later, when my younger sister gave birth, she went there. And guess what? We lived almost in the same area. She never called to check on me or even visited me. It was my husband’s elder sister that came to do the omugwo for me, and she did it perfectly well. Unfortunately, a few months after I gave birth, my husband lost his job. One of his friends who was doing well called him to come and learn his business. Because of the nature of the business, he had to live with the friend. It took him over a year to master it. During that period, his friend used to give him 50k, sometimes 100k monthly, and that was what he used to send to us while I added the little I was making from my small business. After learning the business, he started getting contracts here and there. Now we have our own duplex, and he even got me a car. Now I’m pregnant again with my second child and almost due. My younger sister, of course, has been telling my mom everything about my family. She’s like a mother to me too, and she supported me when we were struggling, so she obviously told my mom about my pregnancy. For the first time in 6 years, my mom is now calling me to say she wants to come for omugwo. Honestly, I don’t even know what to tell her, and to be honest, I don’t want her to come. But if you were in my shoes, what will you do?

That she's sexually available for you, doesn't mean that she's emotionally or mentally stable to handle things or rejection should it go south. That woman has ruined that young man's career because of her greed, lack of shame and emotional immaturity. When you are a successful young man or a man that is well respected or admired by many, the devil will always use women to attempt to pull you down. Be careful with how you go about using your dick and who you decide to share your intimate moments with. Thank God he was found not guilty of all counts, but how does he rebuild his trust, confidence, public image, all the social media accusations and allegations? What about all the monies that he has lost? What happens to the woman? She'll go scot free to search for her next victim. End.

I have been reading your responses. Many are saying that they'll continue with the marriage. That's fine, but let me say this in case any of you get to unfortunately experience this in real life. If such info gets to you, please do not react immediately. Think through it properly and if your decision is to continue with your marriage, do not ever let your wife know that you are in possession of such information about her. As long as you are convinced that she has been a good wife to you and a good mother to your children, let things be & keep peace in your home. But you're going to nurse the hurt & disappointment for a long time and it'll change the way you view her. Do not allow that disappointment make you hate her or maltreat her. The reason I adviced that you should not let her know about it is because a woman will continue to treat you like a king until you discover her secrets. A blind husband is a good husband.
