@allison_krasnow It might be worth asking your advisor and other profs if there is a similar required software you'll need for your EdD program, and then get started early with it if there is. I wish they had introduced us to NVivo at the beginning, personally.

@allison_krasnow For classes towards the end, we were required to use NVivo. I resisted it at first, but after seeing how it searched docs and notes to make connections, I wished I had been using it for my entire program. Not cheap, but with student pricing was worth the investment.

Thinking theologically about healthcare reshapes what we think "can" and "can't" be done and reprioritizes our loves and values. It's no longer a question of "penalizing the rich" but meeting the requirements of love.

Again, I'm not talking about political, economic, etc. reasons. I'm talking about strictly theological arguments. Oftentimes, Christians will make arguments based off their politics first, when we should be thinking theologically and bending our politics to fit theologically.

Is there a legitimate theological argument against universal health care? It seems that on a strictly theological basis, Christians should want to see health needs met in a sustainable manner that would result in more opportunities for thriving amongst the least of these.
