...and suggesting you have is an embarrassment and robs people of their hard work.
Stop peacocking. Just get a body of work and talk authentically about that.

It's great to be in Central Queensland for two days of workshops, keynotes and breakouts. For my opening keynote at @SharingBestPrac Gladstone, I'll be sharing three big ideas about responsive teaching.

I realised it will take another generation to believe in the quality of #publiceducation. In the meantime, we should talk it to anyone who listens to change hearts + minds.

I was in a cafe yesterday. Only three of us were there. The two men were talking about local #schools and absently discounting the #publicschools in the area. I know the local schools and chose to be that person and chime in... here's what resulted.

3/4B have been learning about probability. Today, students were set the challenge to create an unfair carnival game, that would have a high probability that the customer would lose. Students designed their games and peers played them. @KathyPowzun @dizdarm @robocatdan

Great to speak with school leaders at the SA Primary Principals Association (SAPPA) conference this morning. Teaching is a tough job and it’s important our school leaders get together to support one another. Thanks to Tobias, the SAPPA team and all our principals; I am so grateful for what you do and lean heavily on your advice.
