Olodos like @onyeka_chii have no idea what the funds Peter Obi was setting up for Anambra would have done. Anambra would have had more of the so called IGR than everyone outside Lagos today if Obiano had followed through with his plan. This is how every first world country plans

@Edu_cfcc There's a statement of account for that offshore account. The amount was stated in that Pandora papers documentary, if you want to know how much was moved , you can subpoena the country where the account is domiciled in.
