You are right but the phrasing was meant to be inclusive as we included Nursing Associates, Associate Practitioners but also our Internationally Educated Nurses in progressional post's and the character account limited what we could write. @AliRossRN

@EducationDivB @RosemaryChable As a “band 4”, referring to us as our banding rather than job title is something that needs to change. We work hard to become associate practitioners and nursing associates and deserve to be known as our titles rather than our pay band.
