The Founders Club just hosted 8 events in 48 hours across 8 different cities. Miami. New York. Austin. LA. San Francisco. Chicago. Boston. St. Louis. Some of these are our core markets where we've been running events for years. Others, like San Francisco, Boston, and St. Louis, were our first ever events in those cities. And to be honest, watching it all unfold from my home while our team put on a masterclass in event & community planning was one of the most surreal experiences I've had as a founder. Photos pouring in from multiple different time zones of energy. Text messages from members I've never met thanking us. New friendships forming in cities I've barely spent time in. All happening at the same time. All on brand. All rooted in good energy. And it hit me today why The Founders Club is working so well. It's not the brand, the marketing, or even the events themselves. It's the fact that we are relentlessly focused on what we’re building. No distractions. No ego. This is all we do. All we care to do. Nobody cares more about our members than we do. Nobody cares more about putting on a better event than we do. Nobody is more obsessed with making sure that when you walk into a TFC room, you walk out with at least one connection that genuinely makes your world better. That's the whole thing. That's the moat. You can copy everything we do. But you can never copy my passion and energy for what we’re building. It's contagious.

Still thinking about Female Founder Day. The women who came out shared, contributed, and showed up for each other. That's what this community is about. So grateful for every one of them. 💕🫶

One of my old neighbors is really high up in Google’s internet safety division. Her job? Catching predators that lurk within kids' apps. God bless the many Americans in the private sector who protect our innocent children! The toll is brutal on their psyche. I'm thankful for their sacrifice.
