@SportyMorty2 Risk-taking can be uncomfortable, but the payoff will be worth it. Start small and try one thing new and see how it goes. Admitting to students when something goes wrong only shows them we are human too. #6710DB2

A big shift that I struggle with is not taking risks. I like to stay in my comfort zone where I am in control. I need to be a better role model for students and be vulnerable, take risks, fail, and overcome failure. This shows students you can persevere after failure. #6710DB2

@amber_belk I completely agree. Last year with distance learning, everyone had to be more open-minded to new ways to learn and educate. Teachers and students were pushed to get out of their comfort zoom with zoom meetings and the use of new digital tools. #6710DB2
