How to verify any investment opportunity in Nigeria: 1. Check SEC's register: sec.gov.ng 2. Search CBN's licensed institutions list 3. Google the platform name + "scam" or "SEC warning" 4. Never invest based on WhatsApp group pressure Verification takes 5 minutes.

They're not relying on word of mouth. They are running PAID ADS on Nigerian social media to recruit new victims into these WhatsApp groups continuously. As old victims grow suspicious, fresh ones are funnelled in. It's a self-replenishing scam machine.

The groups have different names but one network: • Vantage Growth Club • Value Discovery Club • F24 Schroders Services Group • Value Growth Club If someone added you to any group with these names — you were targeted. Get out. Now. @SECNigeria

The scammers are not operating 1 or 2 groups. I went undercover and found OVER 60 coordinated WhatsApp groups — all pushing the same script, same stock tips, same fake "Gotham Capital competition." This is an organised fraud factory. Not an individual bad actor.
