A classic in the genre I have called the savvy style. The truth is "the two cases are markedly different." But truth is not what matters, Baker tells us. Perception matters. And its manipulation by bad actors like Trump. The savvy know of this. The clingers to truth are hapless.

So, we'll be covering the implications of this WV v. EPA case by the Supreme Court this morning, limiting EPA's authority to act on climate change--at least under this section of the Clean Air Act. However, it does not go as far as it could have gone....
