I’ve been more active on LinkedIn for a while. Different pace, different conversations. But I’m back here now too. what have I missed??

Most people try to learn communication by talking better... I learned it by watching how people reacted.

I don’t think communication is hard. I think people rush it. Slow things down just a little and you start hearing what’s actually being said. That alone changes a lot.

Most people try to sound confident. That’s usually the giveaway. Calm doesn’t try. It just stays.
