Money isnt the only key thing that Youtube provides for biz owners
It makes content creation way easier on every other platform
One long form vid a week can turn into 20+ clips (if not more) that can be repurposed on X/IG/LI even Spotify allows long form vids to be uploaded and competition is lower than ever
Literally the easiest way to drive more eye balls to ur brand and build trust at scale

it's crazy how many people i see that could be making $$$ from yt, and they just don't have one like guys who have 10k+ followers on X/IG/LI, and they just don't bother with YouTube and it's crazy to me you literally have so much potential to make hundreds of thousands of dollars from 1 channel in a short period of time

they’ll realize that these types of live business breakdown/audit is something they do week in and week out, but they just haven’t recorded + post them
And it’s something that acc prints because of how actionable it is and how much trust it builds in just an upload

This video idea l made was created backwards from how most people do it
I spent time figuring out what her ICP already watches and why
Figured out:
- $10k/mo is desired outcome
- they wanna quit their job
- they like tactical videos showing how to get from A to Z
Then made that into a general video idea with no set title from that data
THEN I combined my idea with the BEST outlier title format I could find for it
I didn’t just “COPY AN OUTLIER” and rip it
If you truly wanna win you gotta use some critical thinking 😂😂😂

“Just copy outliers and make money from YT!!” FUCK OFF People don’t understand Yes, the title and thumbnail are data you can take note of and use as inspo But using outliers to understand what your ICP watches and why they watch it will give you 1000x more better ideas
