found the cursed midjourney setting, it's the new --sv 7 parameter
same prompt, but:
upper row is --sv 6
lower row is --sv 7

I am not refereing to the model. In discordd, modjourney announced thay changed the moodboard generation, so you have to prompt --sv 6 at the end of the prompt to het standard generation instead of fast gen. 2) **Two Versions of SREF / Moodboards now available** - We have a new version of SREF/Moodboards that is less accurate but is 4x faster and 4x cheaper and also supports --hd and works better with --p and --stylize and --exp - This version is now 'default' - You can use the old version by putting --sv 6 after your prompt (--sv 7 is the new one) - Our guides/mods are split between which is 'better' but certainly in my (David's) opinion, this new version is more 'fun' - so please enjoy!

@dreamingtulpa • Style References and Moodboards support two versions: --sv 7 (default, no extra GPU cost, compatible with --hd and --q 4) and --sv 6 (default before March 20, costs 4x more GPU time, not compatible with --hd or --q 4).

@dreamingtulpa If you start using --exp in V8 things start to look pretty crappy. Also output quality can differ a lot even with same prompt.

Sunday style exploring through one of my favorite subjects: golf.
I always find it fun to start with a simple concept and then push your imagination into other areas to create new looks.
I used to believe that Midjourney was undefeated when it comes to style exploration and ideation. But Grok is now so fast at editing and adding references images that I’m watching my workflow change.
I’m now even transferring ideas back and forth now.
How do you like to experiment and what are your favorite tools for finding new ideas?
