This is a huge unaddressed issue in the arts. Arguably much of the training on offer is making money from young people who will never be able to sustain themselves whilst experienced people are struggling to survive in a shrinking industry.

These findings aren’t a surprise to anybody. What is a surprise is how many people we’re training for a blatantly oversaturated industry that can’t even begin to support the people already invested in it 🤷🏻♀️
