By the way, I finally lost some weight! I’d been stuck at around 104 kg for ages, and now I’ve finally broken through to 99.5 kg. Still FAT. It’s weird, honestly - I’ve been barely moving because of my foot and haven’t been running at all. But I guess I’m just eating less because I’m less active, and it’s easier to control my appetite. No crazy cravings. Or maybe… the alcohol-free bonus is finally kicking in? We’ll see - the goal is to be around 85 kg by the time I’m in Thailand. Feels very doable now!
