Ich habe heute gekündigt. Mein Chef sagt mir, wegen vertraglichen Caritas Regeln, habe ich eine Kündigungsfrist von 4 Wochen innerhalb der Probezeit + ich musste an Monatsende kündigen. Jetzt muss ich statt 4 Wochen, 8 Wochen weiter arbeiten :)))) Ich will weinen.
