I’m truly blessed for the gift of friendship. Losing my dad has been very hard on me; he was both my father and my mother. As much as I may never fully come to terms with this loss, I am deeply grateful for the people who stood by me and supported me all the way.

- Tolu stole N5,000 from her parents but she couldn’t just start spending it freely in school without teachers or classmates asking where she got the money from. - So, on her way to school she bought pens and started selling them to her classmates. - Now, the money appears legitimate because everyone believes Tolu is making money from selling pens. She can now buy food and snacks without suspicion.

My dad will be laid to rest tomorrow 15th May and I do not know how to feel about this.

Since March, it hasn’t been easy for me. I’ve had to stay strong even when I felt broken, and pretend to be fine even when I wasn’t.

One thing about funerals of a particular person it’s done once and the chapter closes

I miss my dad.
