Police Partnership Project 👮 Everton in the Community’s Police Partnership Project is a new community initiative aimed at building stronger connections between professional football clubs and local police forces. Funded by the Premier League and @MerseyPolice, the project will bring partners together to inspire young people to reach their potential by providing positive opportunities that help divert them away from anti-social behaviour, crime and youth violence. 👊💙 #PLMoreThanAGame | @PLCommunities | @premierleague

VR Initiative 🎬📽️ In partnership with media company Ludovico and @MerseyPolice, EitC developed an immersive VR resource to educate young people about criminal exploitation. Participants from our #PLKicks programme helped shape the project by contributing to the script and acting in the scenarios, creating a relatable learning experience for young people. Alongside the VR resource, our Kicks team delivered an interactive workshop exploring criminal exploitation and county lines, giving young people the opportunity to ask questions, understand the risks and consider the consequences of the choices they make. 💙

👏 “Anti-social Behaviour Awareness Week is an important opportunity to highlight the positive work happening within our communities and the difference early intervention can make.” - Everton in the Community Youth Inclusion Manager, Jen As part of #ASBAwarenessWeek, EitC is shining a light on the incredible impact of our #PLKicks programme. Using the power of sport and education, the programme engages young people who may be considered hard to reach, providing positive opportunities, inspiring role models and the support they need to make positive choices for their future. ⚽️💙
