@NealGardner_ For the past two years, the only real project has been Flick’s machine and we should elevate its pieces as much as possible to turn it into a treble machine next season.
It would have looked far more achievable if the ‘engineer’ Deco and CEO Laporta weren’t in charge.
English

There’s a need for a profile that doesn’t demand the ball much but produces goals and assists when he gets it someone who can either replace Raphinha or compete with him.
If the finances were in better shape, Bradley Barcola would have been a perfect fit, especially in the event of a potential move to Saudi Arabia for Raphinha.
Given the current financial constraints, Igor Paixão is one of the names who could stay behind Raphinha and contribute when needed.
An upgrade is definitely required.
English

@TouchlineX Two supremely talented players who want the ball at their feet and can dictate the game and a selfish kid who demands the ball every time despite having no real relationship with it.
English

Harry Kane in terms of passing, playmaking, and link-up, he’s probably the best I’ve seen since Leo.
(That said, if we can’t get Álvarez, signing him would be just as impossible.)
Well, given the current financial situation, it looks like Gerard Moreno might be the one they’ll end up signing (which could actually be a good fit 😉).
English

@NealGardner_ If the financial conditions can be met, Julián Álvarez could be a great fit; he has already played with a genius, and he might be exactly what a potential genius needs.
English

@maxstephhh Exactly; He’s not even close to the level being talked about.
English

@ElGenioMessi10 I agree with youu. He's being carried by PL+ English PR for years.
English

@goal Boring football + draws + extra time + penalties = Arsenal.
English

We’ve spent a decade watching this player wait in the six-yard box, carried and hyped up by his teammates.
At the end of it all, his legacy boils down to six-yard finishes, the most mindless gestures, and that ‘SIUUU’ shout something he and his fans have turned into an embarrassment for the game.
English

🚨 Cristiano Ronaldo's recent numbers and performances have been more than great.
Al Nassr currently has a 20-game win streak and are close to their first ever major trophy.
Ronaldo is also at 971 goals, 29 goals short of the 1000-goal milestone.
He also has a real shot at the World Cup ahead of him, with Portugal having one of the best squads in the entire roster.

English

@NealGardner_ If Vitinha had been at his current level in a team with Messi, they wouldn’t have had to exit at least in the Round of 16, even with Mbappé.
English

Vitinha’s growth has defied all sense. I recall watching PSG when Messi was there, and he was one of the most frustrating footballers in that side.
So no, doesn’t surprise me at all that he was sitting the bench at Wolves. Just a story of astonishing growth.

This will forever fry my brain.
English

@TouchlineX @as_maroto Undoubtedly one of the best but in creating stars, not managing them.
He has no real experience managing stars, and if you’re going to hand him the club, you’ll have to sacrifice either Vini or Mbappé.
English

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Real Madrid are the only club that Jurgen Klopp would leave his job at Red Bull for.

English

After four years in the same league, without having Coman, Mané, Félix or the full backing of referees by his side, getting dominated every single season;
only managing to reach a final in Asia’s second-tier version of European competition despite having a bigger budget than all his rivals combined;
spending his years in Real Madrid’s great squads waiting in front of goal;
and then, at international level, waiting for trophies in the box with a golden generation Messi never had
to even put forward a Ballon d’Or case for such a clown… what a disgusting joke.
English

🚨 Cristiano Ronaldo could become the OLDEST Ballon d’Or winner in football history if he wins it this year!
• Just 3 wins away from securing his first league title with Al Nassr.
• Only 1 victory needed to lift the AFC Champions League Two with Al Nassr.
• A possible World Cup triumph on the horizon this summer.
• Closing in on the 1000-goal milestone, just 31 more goals needed.
👕 36 matches
🌟 36 goal contributions

English

@TouchlineX I expect this game to feel less like a midfield battle and more like a rollercoaster. With Dembélé as a false nine and Kane up top, I’m sure they’ll look to use Kvaratskhelia, Barcola, Olise, and Díaz at full speed.
English

@NealGardner_ Gavi isn’t just about passion he elevates the team technically and with his intensity, and can raise the tempo of the game in key moments.
If not for two consecutive knee injuries, he’d be a starter, and Barça’s midfield wouldn’t be getting exposed so easily in transitions.
English

Gavi is a managers dream in every day possible. Incredible, incredible personality to have around the squad.

I don’t see this guy as purely disciplined
I see him as an obsessive narcissist… ;(
He should be appreciated, of course, blah blah…
But honestly, it’s a lot more enjoyable to support a genius artist who can grill his barbecue and enjoy a beer.

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Giorgio Barone (Cristiano's former private chef) has shared Cristiano Ronaldo's diet in a recent interview! • There is zero milk and zero sugar allowed in his diet, absolutely zero sugar. • In the morning he eats avocado with coffee and eggs. • The lunch exists of vegetables, chicken and fish. • There is NO flour allowed in his diet: no pasta, no bread. • At night he eats a light meal: usually it's fish or meat in the form of filet, with vegetables.
