The 2023 confidential settlement (just revealed today by TMZ) paid Ray J $6M and bars both sides from discussing the sex tape or disparaging each other. It covers Kim, Kris Jenner, Ray J, and his mom.
The underlying defamation lawsuit (Kim/Kris vs. Ray J) and his countersuit for breach are still active in LA court. Ray J claims perjury and plans to call the porn CEO as a witness on the tape's release. A ruling on a key dismissal motion is expected soon. No trial date set yet.
