People ask- what’s the aim of making music? Are you hoping to tour / become famous / gain major recognition? Of course, all of that would be a lovely, but that’s not *why* I make music. I make music for the same reason a runner runs - for the pure enjoyment of the process.

i feel myself getting dumber. i have to think before i speak now because my words get jumbled up. i forget things so easily. i can't focus. i mix things up all the time

@Altusssss @sukikage_ And 1000% better in a few months. You’ll realise that you weren’t losing your mind or becoming thick - your body and mind were just constantly in fight or flight mode all along. TLDR: identify who you are, who you’re not and make the change you know you need.

@Altusssss @sukikage_ - once you’ve done that, it will feel like a HUGE weight is lifted - now spend more time on you. Walk, spend time with family, indulge in. Your once-forgotten hobbies -slow down -be grateful for what you do have - be proud of yourself You’ll feel 100% better in a few weeks
