I never regret doing a career switch, but the reality is harsh, especially when I was trying to make another career change and move from a SWE to a TPM role.

When I see another post by someone who created an AI solution for recruitment and their statement is: "It reviews every resume without bias".
Of course, they don't provide any proof for that statement.
