Anyone else get #swindled by @elavon with DOWNGRADE merchant transactions charging over 4% when signed up with @Costco for 1.9%? 20 hours of tech and funding dept support calls over 5 mos. Still being gaslit. Even using their gateway Converge, thousands in extra fees. #smallbiz

@elavon Ty, its been wasted day, no help, I was sent old outdated machine won't pair w new phone, I run clinic, I need my machine. no one will help...one customers lady said...just run cards manually....thats more money for customers, I don't run my business that way

@elavon @CA_DMV the credit card payment page reports a CC decline when my name includes a hyphen. You need to a) accept reasonable special chars and b) provide better error messages when the decline is not bank related. See also: kalzumeus.com/2010/06/17/fal…
