@zbsmith CA DMV recommends ignoring or delete any unsolicited texts or emails requesting personal information on our behalf. Customers can report the phishing attack to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.

@Dhruv663805 We do suggest to call the Legal Presence Unit number as soon as that unit opens to receive a callback. Please note, that unit does have a limit of calls accepted daily.

@Dhruv663805 The hours of operation are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed on weekends and state observed holidays. Times are based on the Pacific Time zone. We appreciate your patience with us.
