@doc_bipolar @ahmedhankir Totally ostracised by the majority of the practice when I suffered, failed, weak, not up to it. All after my supporting all the others who were struggling and daring to speak the truth

Why is it so hard for us to admit we are off sick because of mental illness? Shame. Fearful of people finding out as though drs are supposed to be able to just get on with it. Anything other than that seemed like failure.

RAMSGATE: 18-year-old Toby Pierce of Crescent Rd has been charged with five counts of arson after parked cars were set on fire in the Claremont Gardens and Grange Road areas around 5:20am yesterday. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 4 May.
