Manchester City were charged with 115 alleged financial rule breaches back in February 2023. In the three years since, they’ve continued to dominate, lifting five major trophies while the biggest case in Premier League history drags on unresolved.
This prolonged uncertainty is becoming an embarrassment for English football. The Premier League’s credibility, its competitive integrity, and the trust of fans across the country are all on the line. A competition built on the idea of fair play cannot function properly when one of its biggest clubs has over a hundred serious charges hanging over it for years on end.
Whether City are eventually cleared or found guilty, the process itself has been far too slow. Three years of limbo, multiple seasons of trophies awarded under a cloud, and no resolution in sight is simply not acceptable. For the good of the league, the fans, and the reputation of English football as a whole, this case needs to reach a definitive conclusion this summer. Dragging it into a fourth year would only deepen the damage.
The Premier League must show it has the teeth and the urgency to police its own rules effectively..otherwise, what’s the point of having them?

@BurnleyOfficial You'll beat that one team whose fans think that they've won it already, and you will be remembered, every opponent will bend their heads for you. And I will be your number 1 fan in the championship

@WelBeast I've voted David Raya and my 5 friends have voted Gabriel, Raya, Semenyo, Haaland, MGW
English

@WelBeast Arsenal fans will split the votes between Gabi, Raya and Rice while rival fans will vote Fernandes and that's how Captain Bruno is winning this, then they'll come here crying just like they've been crying all their life

@olakunle071 @Alarsenalnews_ Now ask yourself, Has Arsenal ever won the Champions League? Arsenal is a big team yet they won epl 22 years ago? Delusion must be killing you

Manchester city winning the trophy will have no effect on them as there will be no one to banter them, because City is still a small club.
Despite Arsenal not winning trophies, look at the way the fans are so loud, vocal and given everyone that comes at us back to back.
That is what they are afraid of seeing the promax by the time we have in EPL.
They would prefer arsenal to win FA cup and Carabao to winning EPL and Champions League because those trophies are still not trophy to them

What I have realized is pundits are really pushing Man City to win the EPL this season but they are forgetting one thing and that's if it was written for Arsenal there is nothing that can be done to change that and vice versa.
Every time Man City wins the game they are all saying that Doku's equaliser Vs Everton is the most important goal for Man City because it may be vital for them to win the EPL this season.
My question is why is it that they don't look at the disadvantage of Man City dropping points in that game. Currently Man City have a superior goal advantage compared to Arsenal and they would be favourites to win the EPL if they won that game but they didn't which I think is the difference right now and gives Arsenal the upper hand of winning the EPL.
They are sure Arsenal will drop points but even before Man City dropped points Vs Everton all the rivals and some pundits predicted Arsenal to drop points and it was rather Man City that ended up dropping points. Doku's goal is very important to those who want Man City to win the league but Everton holding Man City to a draw the difference in the title race this season.
