@ElcidBarrett @jubeibob @tonyiommi I've read that's also the reason he started down-tuning his guitar because it made it easier to press the strings on the frets. Which is now a very common technique used by many artists to thicken up and give their guitars a heavier sound.

It's been a long time since we wrote the intro for 'War Pigs' in the late '60s and I still love playing every chord of it 🤘
