@drtevaho @UroNoel @KarenFransis Good points @drtevaho! I offered both techniques for a gentleman with a >300g prostate. He asked what technique would have less chance of incontinence. I said simple prostatectomy He choose it. Uneventful surg, 2 days inpatient, Foley 4 days and 0 incontinence. Is it wrong?
