Yep, not about the fact that 20+ of fellow soldiers who served with him gave evidence against him, it's actually about muslims. Had Ben Roberts Smith not sured the media for reporting on what he did in Afghanistan, he'd never have been charged with anything. He sued them, and ended up having a heap of evidence brought to light on his conduct in Afghanistan. His is a war criminal. He went to a foreign country and murdered civilians - something his colleagues who were also over there and in the same circumstances found so troubling and systemic that they testified against him.
