3. Update your personal details
4. Replace a lost or damaged PVC

The Table below is The Electoral Hub’s response to Muslim clerics Abu Abdullahi of Low-cost Mosque, Mani and Usman Salisu of Bindawa town. As reported by Premium Times of May 5, 2026 both clerics have urged the electorate against voting for Jamila Ahmed-Mani, the APC consensus candidate for the Mani/Bindawa Federal Constituency, Katsina State because of her gender.
Clerics Abu Abdullahi and Usman Salisu, your argument is not tenable as women lead in Islam as illustrated from the below table. Mani/Bindawa Federal Constituency is not better than all these Muslim countries where women have led and still lead
Also, note that 1992 -1993, Mariya Abdullahi was the House of Representative Member representing Danja Federal Constituency, Katsina State. So, Women leading in Katsina is not a new thing.

1 DAY TO GO
Residents of the FCT, the moment we’ve been preparing for, is almost here. In just one day, we will shape the direction of our community and define the future we want to see.
Your vote is your voice. Your vote is your power. Do not leave that power unused.
Local elections are important because they affect our everyday lives. The leaders elected at the Area Council level make decisions about:
- Primary and Adult Education

- Roads and local transport
- Environment and town planning
- Sanitation and waste disposal
- Community security
- Local taxes
- SMEs
- Farmers’ markets
- Local rules and policies
These are the issues that directly impact our communities.
Your vote gives you a voice in choosing the people who will manage these responsibilities.
Come out. Vote peacefully. Make your choice count.

Debates around the electronic transmission of election results have once again taken centre stage in Nigeria’s electoral reform conversations. To support informed engagement, The Electoral Hub is sharing a Technical Note on the Chronology of Electronic Transmission of Election Results.
This note provides critical knowledge and context by tracing the history and evolution of electronic transmission within Nigeria’s electoral framework. It underscores that the current debate is not new; similar issues and legislative deliberations arose prior to the enactment and presidential assent of the Electoral Act 2022.
By outlining key developments, institutional positions, and turning points in the reform process, the Technical Note aims to strengthen evidence-based discussions and enhance public understanding of the legal and policy background shaping today’s conversations.
We urge citizens to engage with this resource as part of ongoing efforts to deepen Nigeria’s electoral reform process.

It also presents the findings of the Joint Technical Committee on Electronic Transmission of Election Results, constituted by INEC and the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), with particular attention to infrastructure capacity, network coverage, and the overall feasibility of nationwide deployment.
In addition, the paper outlines key practical considerations and the safeguards necessary to guarantee transparency, strengthen credibility, and build public confidence in Nigeria’s electoral process.
