That pretty much confirms all this characters that leaked for Blitz were from the team and may not have been approved by SEGA. HOWEVER WDYM SEGA IS LETTING BLITZ DO THINGS ITS OWN!?
According to Sony's Terms of Service, you are required to ask for their permission to sell your games... Also, if it's third party, BOTH Sony and the Publishers permission.
