Plastic, orthopedic, and other surgeons are urgently needed in Gaza, particularly specialists in reconstructive and cleft surgeries. Due to Israel's ongoing aggressive actions, doctors of Palestinian heritage are being banned from joining humanitarian efforts, adding to two plastic surgeons who were regular visitors. The number of cases is overwhelming, with cleft surgeries left unattended for the past year, requiring the expertise of specialized surgeons.
