Be careful about “plastic” or “robotic” personal growth paths.

One of the signs of creative intelligence is one’s flexibility in addressing vague ideas, and concepts that might be somewhat contradictory. Spiritual flexibility ensues from apparent contradictions.

There are different kinds of suffering: unhappiness, anger, fear, a corrupted mind, feeling trapped, etc.

Worrying is about not being in full control of our future.

Moving into the present when stressed. Letting tuning into the infinite reduce anxiety.

Ways to enhance one’s subtle, magical and spiritual self: • Write poetry. • Make art or compose music. • Meditate often. • Connect with like minded souls on subtle levels.

Spiritual integration is with heart and not mind...
