@FPLNightmare FPL is primarily an xMins and goal contribution game. There seem to have been: more injuries an rotation, with fewer open play goals and high scoring games. Since we can only choose 7 attackers, lower mins, widely distributed goals and fewer one sided games hurts

I have focused on DC lots when discussing this, but an underrated factor is so many top teams overhauling their attacks last summer. Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, Newcastle all had new strikers, none of whom consistently shone. Makes it much harder for points.
