Can you imagine the reaction if Biden said he’d shut down Fox News because they didn't air his speech? Make no mistake about it: a second Trump term would be the end of America as we know it.

@tribelaw Thank you Lawrence! I believe they not only knew, but had been waiting for the case to finally get to the court. They knew beforehand they'd decide in her favor. Maybe they didn't all know, but if I were a betting person, I'd put my money on Alito and Thomas.

But, with all respect, SCOTUS had to know it was deciding a trumped up, fabricated case. Pursuing this avenue rests on a premise that this is a normal court with real fidelity to the rule of law. We all know better. Let’s not pretend.
