As a Detroit Lions fan, "Fair-weather" is a term I've heard often. But being fairweather when it comes to your business and life, never leads to long-term success. The same principle applies to business and life. Are you ALL-IN?

It can be challenging when those closest to you do not support your vision, making it even more important to stay connected to your "WHY". If you have a strong desire to have something different in your life, your yes has to be bigger than their no!

Sharing in case someone needs the reminder! If the deadline passed, and the goal wasn't met, you still have options. 1) Regroup, Review Action Plan, Adjust 2) Quit I hope you choose Option #1. Don't quit on yourself!

What we think about, we bring about. Do obstacles have to mean your goals cannot be achieved? NO Can you think an empowering thought in a negative situation? YES! Long-term external results must begin with internal change! #beliefs #empoweringthoughts
