My $BOOP airdrop is currently worth ~$200K, and I plan on claiming it today. Here's why: 1) I respect @dingalingts. He was the CRO of Binance and the founder of Pancakeswap, which was the OG memecoin DEX back in 2021. It's where the trenches really kicked off. I'm willing to bet on the upside that there's a chance he can run it back. 2) The more I understand the @boopdotfun system, the more I think it has a chance to have a season of coins that do well from it, and in this type of a game it's important to be early. Here's how it works: - User (dev) creates coin. When it graduates, 5% of the supply of every newly launched token, along with 60% of the SOL portion of trading fees is given to BOOP stakers. This is MASSIVE. Imagine a portion of the hundreds of millions of dollars pump fun raked in revenue the past year distributed back to the people. - I believe we're early enough we'll see some runners take off from the platform - especially with a large portion of the airdrop incentive program for attracting new users to launch still remains. 3) I want to be transparent with this, so here's my plan: I won't make anything from this coin outside of the BOOP it unlocks. I'm buying 50% of the supply as the dev at launch. Hopefully this helps a little with mitigating snipers. I'll either burn that supply or find some way to give it away and distribute it to the broader SOL eco. I don't plan on doing anything else for this coin after. I'm being completely transparent with y'all, so you know exactly what this is and what it isn't. Fwiw - this isn't a guaranteed homerun. BOOP liq is still relatively low for a coin w/ it's mcap, like anything else it could eventually go to zero, but I expect it to get deeper w/ more platform success. There's also a good amount of BOOP being unlocked coming up - so there's the game theory of how much will be sold vs. staked and the impact it'll have.
