@Lyu_nh7 Probably just a cameo. However, it could be regional. The border and abyss are similar enough to be suspicious. Since Pandora Hearts seems British, and VNC is definitely in Paris, the difference in how the effects of Babel manifest might just be region.

Now if that’s true I can’t help but wonder how the absence of vampires in PH and of Chains in VnC could be explained… any ideas??

@MomolittleDevil There is a TV series based on a Dungeons and Dragons podcast called Mighty Nein. In it, one character speaks German and often says Nein. Others confuse it for a number and somehow their party ends up taking that as their nickname. This only confuses people more.
