ACLxCS2 2026 Open Qualifiers Announcement Registration for the ACLxCS2 2026 Open Qualifiers is now open, with all registrations to be completed via the 5E Play platform. 1⃣ ‌Servers‌ The Open Qualifiers will be held online across three server locations: China -- Hangzhou Oceania & Southeast Asia -- Singapore Other Asia -- Hong Kong 2⃣ Schedule and Format‌ Each server allows a maximum of 512 teams on a first-come, first-served basis. ‌Match Dates‌: April 10 – April 12. ‌Start Time‌: The first match kicks off daily at 15:00 UTC+8. 3⃣ Qualification Path‌ Winning teams will advance to the Closed Qualifiers. ‌Slot Allocation‌: 4 slots for China, 3 slots for Oceania & Southeast Asia, and 4 slots for Other Asia. The Closed Qualifiers will commence on April 30 and will be held offline in Shanghai, China. Full details in the pics.✨

finally recovered from food poisoning on Tuesday during the GF. guttered i missed pretty much the whole thing. man what a blast though, longest cs event and the energy and feedback from everyone has been amazing! there are soo many people to thank but there are a few key people that I want to thank because without them this event wouldn't have been possible. @TigheFlannery for spending 2+ weeks straight at the studio with me getting things set up for WILDCARD. @wanderkoi for the 6+ months of planning and coordinating leading up to LAN. @thetruthcsgo (James) who I know through the film and vfx industry but also meeting back at Dreamhack and then IEM Melb talk about directing content, he flew in just after moving house and lead the content team in what has been some of the best content we've seen in ANZ CS for a long time. a special shout out to @Scottyboomser for all the feedback and help with organisational work and documentation also some pretty funny late night poker at the studio. for all the players who travelled interstate far and wide, to all the commentators, staff, volunteers who did this all on their own time. After a week in Brisbane Coaching @THUNDERdUNDERcs … We finish 1st place for DFRAG Wildcard and ANZC LOCALS LANs 🥇 - 5 hardworking LEGENDS on the team - 1 PRO team manager - SO MANY of yous supporting in person and online - 1000+ fistbumps and hand slaps - 40 pages filled out in Coach book And a crazy amount of highlights in and out of the server, pushing through the adversity when tested. GGS and WP to all the teams we played, and massive massive shoutout to the hardworking production + admin team @dfragtv for running these elite events. We’ll see what happens now with VRS situation and continue to polish our gameplay 👍

@jztkAED @OnlyJoshinTV No they can't, they had no LAN wins before this. Now that they have 10, any further LAN wins won't contribute this many points. It isn't an infinite VRS glitch, there's diminishing returns once you have enough games, OCE is gatekept from LAN so there was a lot to catch up on.

@OnlyJoshinTV Thunder got +43 points from 1 match vs a tier 4 team, yeah kinda not normal lol. They could become top 1 in the world just by Playing local tournaments

A lot of complaining about VRS in the Asia region about 3 teams from ANZ being in the major race. It's not over at all. So many teams lacking LAN wins. VRS isn't a perfect system but it definitely isn't broken. If you want to get LAN wins, fly out to these tournaments. The Huns and Semper Fi did it.
