@elgato I got my Wave XLR MK2 but the firmware won't update. Have failed every time. Any ideas on how to fix this? (I also got the Stream Deck + XL which is HUMUNGOUS and I love it so much.. and a 4KS capture card so really just have all my money).

I really love @elgato products but I keep having so many issues with the Capture Cards and crackling sounds. I've tried the 60X and now have the Neo and same issues 😭 Send help

@ElgatoSupport Oh and it gets even better! Now after closing a game, Wave Link just POOF, is gone. Why is this program being pushed as a public release when it clearly should be in beta testing still??

@ElgatoSupport what the heck is going on? I was plagued with this problem my whole time using Wave Link 2.0, and now it remains in 3.0! Why does it say 'Open Wave Link' when Wave Link is already open???????????

Hey, @elgato, I love the new Wave Link 3.0, but I have a few bugs that need to be addressed: - The image is what happened to my Wave Link after it was minimised for a few hours - Adding a new application to a specific channel doesn't work a lot of the time. I have to restart Wave Link completely for it to work - Relaunching Wave Link sometimes creates more instances of Wave Link on Windows, so my sound gets doubled - The new Wave Link Stream Deck plugin freezes my Stream Deck, and I have to relaunch Stream Deck completely to fix it (Using latest Stream Deck update) - My microphone gain goes back to 57db no matter what I do - Some of the created channels do not show up in other applications, even after a PC restart, so I had to create more new channels until it worked - Scanning for VSTs sometimes crashes the whole app I am using a Wave XLR MK 1 and Stream Deck+, Windows 11

@ElgatoSupport discord plugin is still broken for me even with 7.3.1 update. Have tried uninstalling both discord and stream deck with no luck.

@ElgatoSupport In the event it does crash again, not saying it will, is there a log I can find to submit to you for diagnostics? What's happening is that the program is randomly stopping. There are no error messages of any kind or any warning that the program has failed

I really want to like @elgato Wave Link 3. It has a lot of potential. Being able to set applications to specific channels without the Windows mess, and set those as individual feeds in OBS is amazing. Problem. It keeps crashing for no reason mid conversation on Discord or in game

@elgato Audio crackling with Elgato on PS5 and PUBG Mobile (iPad). Happens inside Elgato Capture Utility, even without OBS. Tried different cables, USB ports, and even replaced the unit. Without Elgato, audio is clean. Please fix

@elgato I have a wave 3 mic and try to add the Elgato EQ effect but wavelink 3 just crashes, any fixes? I did a clean install and wave link 2 is uninstalled 😕

@elgato My hd60 x is sending audio normally to OBS but when I choose the hd60 x as a channel in wave link 3 I’m not getting any sound, it worked perfectly in wave link 2, any help would be appreciated.

Wavelink 3 is freaking terrible. Doesn’t even connect to my Wave: 3 mic. Tried restarting my PC. Uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still not working. @elgato
