A security officer affiliated with the Damascus government from the city of Idlib documented on video the moment he killed the young man Abdullah Al-Ramadan in the city of Raqqa, repeating the phrase: “Don’t think you can stand up to us,” referring here to “we,” meaning the government from Idlib.

By orders from Turkish intelligence and its mercenaries in the Damascus government, efforts are underway to Turkify the Kurdish city of Afrin.
This was the hall where Kurds in the city of Afrin organized a celebration on the occasion of Kurdish Language Day on May 15.
After the mercenaries entered and raised the Turkish flag, all the attendees left the hall and the celebration was canceled.
Turkey and Jolani’s terrorist government will not stop their terrorist acts…

On Kurdish National Language Day, let’s remember that language is more than words.
It carries our history, identity, culture, and the voice of our people - those who fought for it, fell for it, and those who live for it. Despite hundred years of bans, oppression, and attempts by four states to erase Kurdish identity, our language survived, and this means we survived.
Every word spoken in Kurdish is an act of resistance, survival, and pride. Protecting Kurdish means protecting our existence, our stories, and the generations that come after us.
