@shonsilva41 O primeiro passo foi baixar uma tradução compatível com a versão 1.08 do Undertale (a mais conhecida só funciona com a 1.01)
Depois eu substitui o arquivo data.win original do jogo pelo traduzido
E pra rodar no PS2 eu fui no site do Butterscotch e gerei a ISO+

@lukketherock Se for a exibição das fontes, a culpa é a forma que o Butterscotch lida com os caracteres. Ele interpreta cada byte do texto como um caractere diferente, mas tipo, os caracteres acentuados usam 2 ou mais bytes
