Today was a really difficult day. I had very heavy bleeding, and it scared me so much that I started crying. I have PCOS, and in the past, I even needed a blood transfusion because my hemoglobin dropped to 4 due to excessive bleeding.
Today felt like history might repeat itself, but I consulted a doctor immediately. I've decided to be much more strict with my lifestyle from now on. I've been neglecting my health while focusing on other things, but I don't want to make that mistake again.

Yesterday, my condition worsened significantly. This morning, I experienced the heaviest bleeding with large clots, it felt extremely abnormal and frightening. At one point, the blood soaked through my clothes and flowed down my legs. I am currently under treatment, and although things are a bit better now compared to the morning, I'm still very scared.
