@jekusharklasers @CuffsTheLegend MJ was the reason they were great. If MJ teamed up with all-stars and won less, that would've made him greater if LeBron is the standard. Flip their careers, what if Jordan did that, but then LeBron came around and got two-three peats? Who would be greater?

@Elishadman @CuffsTheLegend he already had great teams lol…4 hall of famers on the 96 bulls…stop pretending that Jordan played with the 07’ Cavs smh idk what MJ woulda done teaming up with all stars the era…MJ won playing very specific in very specific system…dominating the ball scoring all the pts.

why do so many former nba players be hating on Bron man? What did he do to these dudes man? Are they all just salty and jealous/envious because they wish they could have played in the league for this long at this high level?! Is that the new method to get clicks & views.. is by hating on LeBron every single day? The shit has reached bionic goofy levels.. it’s a borderline mental illness at this point lol

@NycVipers Jordan was hooping out the gate. Averaged 37 his 2nd season, was considered the best player in the world by his 4th season. He faced dynasties in playoffs (Pistons, Celtics) before hitting his prime. Once it was his time at the table, nobody else ate.

All the Jordan paid media merchants ever talked about was 6-0 once Jordan went undefeated. They brainwashed a bunch of casual fans into thinking that Jordan only played 6 seasons.

@jekusharklasers @CuffsTheLegend The Big 3 in Miami had a .730 win pace when they all played, that equates to 60 wins per season. Kyrie missed a lot of games on Cleveland. The point about Jordan stacking the deck is that you have to believe that would've made him greater.

@Elishadman @CuffsTheLegend exactly which seasons LeBron load managed?? you can count 2015 the only season he didn't play 75 games...LeBron was the player keeping the teams afloat...you can look at the record w/o him in the lineup...you literally naming MVPs from the 90s lol stop being disingenuous...

@ericbshaw @NycVipers Jordan always gave Pippen his credit. It's LeBron fans that amplify him more than he was. Rich Paul even went as far as saying Pippen was the most important player on the Bulls. That's just blatant BS. Plus saying Pippen=Wade,Bosh,Allen,Kyrie,Love,AD combined disrespects them.

@Elishadman @NycVipers Carry is goofy to use either way. He showed up in big spots when he had too. That was my point. I just hate Pippen revisionsism it's fucking dumb. Dude led the whole decade of the 90s in All NBA + All D selections, Dream Teamer, NBA 50 team yet people wanna gaslight.

Names, names, names don't mean anything if those players don't actually produce. This is where casual fans misunderstand what a super team is. If LeBron has supposedly played on all these "super teams," then where are the MVP, Finals MVP, All-NBA, and All-Defensive teammates while they were playing with him? People love listing career accomplishments, but that's not how super teams are judged. Being an All-Star isn't a lifetime achievement—it's recognition for that specific season. The same goes for All-NBA and All-Defensive honors. Previous awards don't make a current roster a super team. When a team is assembled, the expectation is to win now, based on the players they are at that moment—not what they accomplished years earlier.

@jekusharklasers @CuffsTheLegend So Jordan teamed up with Barkley and Robinson ? He teamed up with Ewing and Stark? He teamed with Malone and Stockton? The 60 win mark is pointless since LeBron's teams load managed regular seasons to be ready for playoffs.

@Elishadman @CuffsTheLegend Jordan was the one stacking the deck with superteams lol...still trying to find all these dominant LeBron lead teams...all these "stacked" teams only one season of 60 wins...the 2020 Lakers had a shortened season so they couldn't get 60 wins...MJ had way more dominant teams

@ericbshaw @NycVipers Pippen had 29,4,4 that game vs NY, Jordan had 22, 8, 11. Wasn't much of a carry. And Pippen's back problems were in the '98 finals.

@Elishadman @NycVipers Pippen already did that in 93 when MJ went 3-18 in game 3 down 0-2 to New York. You analyze via narratives and bad memories. Who cares about the hungover game? Pippen was trying to survive a bad back himself. Team was on fumes.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers We didn't get to see what Bosh or Love would do at the same point in Pippen's career. In his 7th year, Pippen got his chance and averaged 22, 8, and 5 Their year prior to Bron, Bosh: 24, 11, 2 Love: 26, 12, 4

@Elishadman @NycVipers He had 1 full season and playoff in his prime with out MJ. Didn't really get a chance to see if he could do it or not. Bosh and and love played 6 and 7 seasons without LeBron before they got to them.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers Bosh and Love were going into their primes when they teams with Bron and were asked to be 3rd options after being number 1 options. Pippen was always a 2nd option to Jordan, he was brought up that way, so he didn't make a change that would be considered a sacrifice in that sense.

@Elishadman @NycVipers Maybe not but you also aren't going on and on about how much he sacrificed like you are with Bosh and Love when he was way better than both of them. Was 1TANBA and 1TAD x2 in non MJ seasons. Was past his prime on blazers and rockets with a bad back. Fighting it in 98 too.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers Scottie wasn't either. Didn't win the chip when Jordan left, went to the Rockets and Blazers and wasn't even the best player on those teams. The Flu game was Scottie's chance to carry Jordan. Instead he saw Jordan go for 38.

@Elishadman @NycVipers They were never gonna be champions as the first option. Use whatever metric you want. None of them dudes were anything close to Scottie Pippen with or without LeBron. Love had a couple big statistical seasons for non playoff teams.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers The idea that Pippen is more help than Wade, Bosh, Allen, Kyrie, Love, AD, Embiid, Maxey, Brown is laughable. So Jordan should have stacked the deck with Barkley, Robinson, Ewing, Malone, Stockton and won less to be greater than he was?

@Elishadman @NycVipers They made it once in 7 years for Bosh and twice for love in 6 years meanwhile Pippen was a perennial All NBA and All D monster alongside MJ. That was the comparison.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers They sacrificed being the first option and took on more defensive roles. Bosh and Love had to play out of position and shoot more 3's. Both talked about it being a big adjustment for them. Using a single metric like all NBA doesn't tell the whole story.

@Elishadman @NycVipers Where does it say anything about 1st team All NBA? Again all NBA and All D. Any of the teams. That was the standard set in the post that you chimed in on. Those guys weren't getting those things before Bron. Your claim was that they sacrificed those things for him.

@ericbshaw @NycVipers Ginobili and Parker never made first team all NBA. Were the Spurs a great team? Pierce and Allen never made first team all NBA. Were the Celtics a great team? They made 2nd team, but so did Bosh and Love before LeBron. So what's your standard?

@Elishadman @NycVipers The post is about All NBA and All D teams. You commented that there was a lack of those because they had to "sacrifice" but they weren't making those teams BEFORE LeBron either. Those 3 guys had 16 pre-LeBron seasons. 3 All NBAs Zero All Ds.

@mugjudge @Shane00 Only if you assume pointing out 6-0 is about ring count in the first place. It's about it being what sets Jordan and LeBron apart. Like Ronaldo v Messi. A world cup in and of itself doesn't determine the GOAT, but it's what separates them Pele=Russell Ronaldo=LeBron Messi=Jordan

@Elishadman @Shane00 If that were true, then "granting it for the sake of argument" proves the Russell counterpoint true and disproves his position by showing rings are not accurate measures of greatness. It doesn't make the counterpoint weak, it proves the counterpoint.

All you care about is kobe and MJ over LeBron. Nothing else matters to you You claim ring count is everything then when someone says Horry is better than MJ you pretend to agree for the sake of consistency, thinking it makes you right Heres you arguing against ring count btw

@mugjudge @Shane00 He obviously knows that given him saying Horry isn't better than Bird. You can't read between the lines? That's why pointing out Russell has 11 is a weak counterpoint to begin with, which is what he was getting at.

@Elishadman @Shane00 Because no one is arguing that going by rings only helps Bron? The whole argument is that going by rings only leads to obviously absurd conclusions (like Horry being a greater basketball player than Jordan.)
